The Brief

TalkTalk were looking to occupy 5,000 sqft in Phoenix Brewery, a converted Victorian warehouse in West London, to create a new base for business executives. The space was finished to Cat A specification and included additional fittings to a Cat A+ grade, including glazing, partitioning, fitted worktops, and lighting.

CAT A+ / PLUG & PLAY FITOUTS

Our plug-and-play fitouts support commercial landlords in letting out property to eager-to-occupy tenants. The idea is to create built environments where tenants can simply plug in their hardware and begin working straight away. Tenants can then later kit out the occupied space with their own branding and customizations (Cat B specification). With Phoenix Brewery, the idea was to refurbish the existing space to compartmentalize meeting areas, kitchenettes and open-plan workspaces for our TalkTalk client to populate with existing furniture and equipment.
